Personalized account profiles
If they wish, users have the option of adding some of their critical health information in their profile. In case of a health emergency, this information (ie. Epipen allergy) will be shared with the dispatched crew, allowing them to better prepare for their arrival.
User privacy always maintained
The user’s location can only be tracked once the user presses the emergency request button, and can only be initiated by the user. In this way, the user’s privacy is always maintained.
Built-in backup communication technology
Cellular data network is often unreliable. Although 3G/4G is the quickest way of sending location data, if a user’s cellular data network (3G/4G) is down, the dispatcher can still receive the user’s location; made possible by our built-in backup communication technology.
